E. Dale Buob, President
The founder and president of MTB, Mr. Buob has over 32 years of professional experience, the last 27 of which have been spent successfully evaluating and managing the development of heavy construction and minerals processing facility projects around the world. He has executed more than a dozen major projects with a cumulative value in excess of $1 billion.
R. John Bell, Vice President
With over 43 years experience working throughout the Americas, Europe, Australia, and Asia, John Bell serves as a senior project controls manager. Mr. Bell’s experience includes developing estimates, schedules and project-control documentation for major projects and feasibility studies, as well as bankable engineering documents for project financing, leveraged buyouts, and initial public offerings.
William T. Spear, Vice President
Bill Spear has more than 30 years of senior management, project development, and construction experience in the industrial, commercial and environmental sectors. In addition to holding senior positions in several major engineering and project development firms, he has owned and operated his own companies focused primarily on engineering, construction, financing, and other functions related to redevelopment of environmentally impacted properties.
